Three ways owners deal with calls.
-
Listen to every call yourself
- Hours you do not have
- Only the calls you pick
- Nothing written down
-
Trust the front desk’s memory
- “We’ll call you” gets forgotten
- Quotes never reach you
- Missed calls stay missed
-
Pay someone to check calls
- A sample, not every call
- Notes arrive days later
- No proof behind a note
Or let CallIntel read them all.
Connect once. Every call gets read.

What shipped recently
Help centre →Calls play from CallIntel’s own copy
Recordings are archived on import, so a call still plays after Ringba’s link expires.
Dashboard leads with what to do
The needs-action list sits right under the KPIs, so callbacks come before charts.
Follow-up dates anchored to the call
Due dates are worked out from the day of the call, so “next Monday” lands on the right Monday.

Questions owners ask
Do I need to change how calls come in?
No. Connect Ringba, a Google Drive folder or a Google Sheet of recording links, or upload files.
Which languages does it understand?
English, Hindi and Hinglish, including calls that switch between them, plus 100+ other languages.
How do I know a finding is right?
Every finding links to the line it came from, with a timestamp. Money figures are marked as estimates.
Does it call my customers?
No. CallIntel only reads recordings after the call. There is no dialler and no AI calling agent.
Who can hear my calls, and where are they stored?
Only the people you invite to your workspace, plus the transcription provider that turns each recording into text. Recordings are stored in the EU for as long as your workspace exists, and you can have any call or the whole account deleted by asking.
